Hope Mashele is the Chief Executive Officer and leads the company and all project teams technically and on the engineering front. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) as per the International Association of Energy Engineers, Atlanta, USA.

He is one of the few experienced electrical engineers in gas energy generation. His career spans over a 20-year period in engineering, working at Siemens Telecoms, Schneider, ABB Powertech Transformers, Actaris Metering Systems, and Vikinduku Engineering & Projects.
