TM Holdings is in a Joint Venture with Takusa Consulting & Services which is a turnkey mechanical and electrical engineering consulting company.  Takusa Consulting & Services has been appointed by the Department of Public Works, Roads & Transport to assess the rolling out of renewable energy systems as an alternative energy source in Mpumalanga Province for all public healthcare facilities, i.e  Hospitals, Community Health Centres and Clinics

The project has kick-started and will provide a turnkey solution to the Department
TM ENERGY (PTY) LTD

We are passionate about the provision of alternatives to traditional fuels and energy sources to power industries and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We are providing solar powered solutions to office and manufacturing infrastructure of blue chip listed companies in partnership with MBHE the energy giant. We were awarded a highly prestigious and innovative project to supply power to Tasez (Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone) powered by gas. This multimillion rand project involves the supply of 20MW of electricity to the Ford Motor Company through a gas powered plant.

TM CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD

We have strategically partnered with Vikinduku, a consulting engineering enterprise in the provision of consulting services, including design, supply and building of over four thousand low costs housing in the country. The entity has joint ventured with WBHO, a multidisciplinary, international award-winning construction company.

TM RESOURCES (PTY) LTD

We have formalised a strategic relationship with a European ferromanganese Group for the exploration and exploitation of manganese ore in the Republic of South Africa in the Northern Cape. Our strategic partner has material  presence in the smelting and trading of ferromanganese globally.
